Coachvox exists to forge flexible and effective relationships between coaches and clients.
When a coach or client joins Coachvox, they agree to adhere to the (legally binding) terms and conditions of the company, Coachvox Limited.
This page contains a shorter, simpler outline of what’s expected by users in practical terms.
For the avoidance of doubt, when we use the term “coaches”, we’re referring to coaches and mentors (those individuals providing services), and “clients” is anyone commissioning and receiving these services.
The goal of all coaches and clients is to cultivate a positive, supportive community. Give the benefit of the doubt and always choose kindness when communicating with one another.
The coaching agreement entered into is solely between the coach and the client. Coachvox is not party to this agreement, it is only the platform on which the relationship occurs.
Users must respect the agreement in place between a client and a coach that governs the level of service provided. This is unique to each coach and is available to read on each coach’s profile page.
Coaches provide guidance to the best of their ability and this is to be regarded as personal opinion. Guidance from coaches is not formal legal, financial or medical advice and must not be treated as such. Clients who require professional help in these areas must seek qualified, professional guidance. Neither Coachvox Limited, nor the coaches on the platform accept any liability for loss or damage caused on the basis of their guidance.
As unlikely as they may be, any disputes should be handled professionally between the coach and client. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may escalate it by contacting us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Material sent to you is not to be shared with anyone else. Voice notes and any other communication is for the intended recipient only. The guidance and information shared with you is not relevant to anyone else and is meaningless when taken out of context. For this reason, the sharing of any material sent to you is strictly against our terms of use. Both clients and coaches should feel comfortable providing personal stories, guidance and support.
Currently, the Coachvox app is in beta. This means we’re constantly testing the platform and its features whilst monitoring how our users engage with it. We want the platform to provide a seamless experience for everyone. If you have any queries or suggestions for us, please contact us here.
